As of January 2015 the following results are achieved under the the project “Flavors of yesterday – valorization of culinary heritage”:
- a project brochure in Bulgarian language was developed. You can access it here.
- study and analysis of the cultural aspects of local cuisine. You can access it here.
- inventory of typical and traditional products and workshops for the manufacture of food products. You can access it here.
- 2 festivals of rural cuisine on the territory of LAG Elsbeere-Wienerwald and LAG Rakovski.

- developed project website and databases with recipes, interviews, analyzes and studies conducted in the project field - in Bulgarian and in English.
- opening conference to start the project.
- developed matrices for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of project activities.
